Police calls for Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021

Assault

• At 5:42 p.m. on Sunday, a 29-year-old man was arrested for burglary, multiple assault, domestic violence-assault, domestic violence- criminal mischief, resisting arrest, violating a domestic violence protective order, violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 4:11 p.m. on Sunday, a 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to LCCC.

• At 1:11 a.m. on Monday, a 32-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to LCCC.

Death

• At 9:54 a.m. on Monday, JPD investigated the death of a 60-year-old man on the 8900 block of Yandukin Drive. The next of kin has been notified and the death is not considered suspicious.

Disturbance

• At 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, 53-year-old Amy Deon Purvis was cited and released for larceny on the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard.

• At 8:52 p.m. on Sunday, a 37-year-old man reported a disturbance on the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

Sex crime

• At 6:43 p.m. on Sunday, JPD investigated a report of sexual assault.

• At 8:44 a.m. on Monday, JPD investigated a sex crime.

Shoplifting

• At 11:02 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to a report of shoplifting on the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.
