Assault

• At 5:33 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a reported domestic violence-assault. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 2:12 a.m. on Wednesday, a 37-year-old woman reported being assaulted by a 39-year-old man.

Conditions violation

• At 7:57 p.m. on Tuesday, a 44-year-old man was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

• At 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a theft on Egan Drive.

• At 8:28 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a theft.

Vandalism

• At 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, a 29-year-old man reported a 27-year-old woman vandalized his home.

Warrant arrest

• At 7:34 p.m. on Tuesday, 58-year-old Robert William Rinehart was arrested for a JPD warrant on the 200 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.
