At Gastineau Elementary School, students taped Principal Brenda Edwards and Juneau Youth Services employee Ryan Larson to the gym wall to celebrate earning $3,016 during their Pennies for Patients campaign. Funds raised will help researchers find new cures for Leukemia and Lymphoma.
