Disturbance

At 1:55 p.m. on Monday, 49-year-old Theodosia James was arrested on Northwood Drive on a no-bail Juneau Police Department warrant on an original charge of driving without a license. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

At 12:37 a.m. on Monday, 35-year-old Geralynn Bennett was arrested for criminal mischief on Lund Street. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

At 10:37 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Cody Foster Jensen was arrested for domestic violence assault on Lund Street. He was taken to LCCC.

Suicidal Subject

At 12:55 a.m. on Monday, JPD took a confidential report.

Theft

At 6:45 a.m. on Monday, 38-year-old Emery Pecson was cited and released on Blackerby Street for trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 10:11 a.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Vivian Edith Williams was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for trespassing, violating conditions of release and concealment of merchandise.
