Attempt to Serve

At 12:08 a.m. on Tuesday, 50-year-old Steven Lythgoe was arrested on Front Street on $125 in warrants on original charges of trespass, violating conditions of release and violation of a domestic violence order. Alcohol was a factor.

Failure to Report Hunt Activity as Required

At 10:54 a.m. on Tuesday, the Tok Wildlife Troopers cited 49-year-old Juneau resident Charlie Chenoweth III for failing to report hunt activity for his 2023 RM865 moose permit as required in registration hunt conditions. Bail was set at $120 in Tok District Court.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 9:09 p.m. on Tuesday, a 63-year-old male reported an incident of fraud.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Kirstie Lynn George was arrested on Village Street on two Juneau Police Department warrants and providing false information. Also 37-year-old Kennedth Demmert was remanded and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

At 7:08 a.m. on Tuesday, a 21-year-old male reported the theft of personal items on Whittier Street.

At 8:05 a.m. on Tuesday, a 38-year-old male reported the theft of a U-Haul box truck on Industrial Boulevard. The vehicle was later recovered.

A 6:29 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a report a furniture stolen from a local business on Glacier Avenue.

Traffic Stop

At 1:12 a.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Jerald Cabico was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to LCCC.
