Attempt to Serve

At 3:34 p.m. on Tuesday, 56-year-old Lance Cesar was arrested on Mallard Street on a no-bail warrant for failing to remand as ordered. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 10:02 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a 27-year-old male urinating inside a business on 9th Street.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, 47-year-old Joseph Bergman Jim Jr. was arrested for driving under the influence on Egan Drive. He was taken to LCC and the vehicle he was driving impounded.

Police Assist

At 2:02 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a confidential report of a possible sexual assault on Cinema Drive.

Trespassing

At 7:18 a.m. om Tuesday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested for trespass and violating conditions of release on Vintage Boulevard. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday, a 47-year-old female reported a 41-year-old male trespassing on private property.

Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Rifling

At 8:27 p.m. on Tuesday, 26-year-old Lyle Martin III was arrested on 3rd Street on three outstanding warrants totaling $150. He was taken to LCCC.
