Attempt to Serve

At 12:19 a.m. on Monday, 47-year-old Brett Jerome Padilla was arrested on Ninth Street a $5,000 warrant for a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of third-degree assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Death Investigation

At 3:18 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a death. No foul play is currently suspected and next of kin has not yet been notified.

Disturbance

At 5:58 p.m. on Monday, 54-year-old Darsi Johnson was arrested on Cordova Street on an outstanding $500 Alaska State Troopers warrant. She was taken to LCCC.

At 9:57 p.m. on Monday, 39-year-old Henry Johnson was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on Vista Street. He was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 5:51 a.m. on Monday, JPD created a case to document damage to city property on Alaway Avenue.

Theft

At 12:44 a.m. on Monday, a 40-year-old female reported a 2022 Toyota was stolen by a 39-year-old male on Vista Drive. The vehicle was recovered and the investigation is continuing.

Traffic Stop

At 10:28 a.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Jorge Pacheco was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive on $150 of warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of larceny.
