At 6:39 p.m. on Sunday, a 39-year-old male reported a 33-year-old male violated a protective order on Kelly Court.

Disturbance

At 6:51 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a disturbance involving multiple individuals on James Boulevard. The investigation is ongoing.

Domestic Dispute

At 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old David Rosenstiel was arrested on Poppy Court for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Found Property

At 3:48 p.m. on Sunday, a 39-year-old male reported found property on North Douglas Highway.

Theft

At 2:08 p.m. on Sunday, a 35-year-old male reported the theft of power tools on Franklin Street.

Traffic Complaint

At 1:44 a.m. on Sunday, 20-year-old Justin Bagley was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Douglas Highway. He was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

At 7:20 a.m. on Sunday, 47-year-old Theodore Lauth was arrested for trespassing on Willoughby Avenue. He was cited and released.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 4:52 p.m. on Sunday, a 19-year-old female reported vandalism to a vehicle on Glacier Highway.
