At 3:08 a.m. on Sunday, 28-year-old Devin Walter Hammonds was cited and released on 9th Street for driving without a license.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 9:22 p.m. on Sunday, 27-year-old Adrienne Audet was arrested on Franklin Street for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
