Attempt to Serve
At 10:36 p.m. on Friday, 22-year-old Jared Burns was served with a $50 warrant on Lemon Creek Road for failure to appear for arraignment. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Conditions Violation
At 9:15 a.m. on Friday, JPD began an investigation into unlawful contact on Lemon Creek Road. Domestic violence was a factor.
Disturbance
At 1:44 p.m. on Friday. 21-year-old Jorge Luis Chavez Vazquez was arrested for driving under the influence on Savikko Road. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Runaway
At 3:52 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of a 14-year-old female runaway on Mountain Avenue.
Sex Crime
At 4:25 p.m. on Friday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a possible sexual assault.
Trespassing
At 11:08 a.m. on Friday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
At 3:24 p.m. on Friday, 52-year-old John Robert Cottrell was arrested for trespass and violating conditions of release on Teal Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
