Disturbance

At 7:77 p.m. on Wednesday, 23-year-old Eric Osuch was arrested on Harbor Way for assault, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 3:47 p.m. on Wednesday, a 58-year-old man reported a Toyota Tacoma was damaged in a hit and run accident in the downtown area.

Theft

At 1:11 p.m. on Wednesday, a 50-year-old reported a stolen ATM card and subsequent fraudulent charges on 10th Street.

At 2:27 p.m. on Wednesday, a 61-year-old woman reported a bicycle light was stolen on Vintage Boulevard.

Traffic Stop

At 3:56 p.m. on Wednesday, 27-year-old Donovan Weston was arrested on Harbor Way and later released for driving while license revoked. The vehicle he was driving was released to the licensed driver.

Trespassing

At 3:01 p.m. on Wednesday, 51-year-old Ollie Steward was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road for third-degree assault and criminal trespass. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 7:25 a.m. on Thursday, a 37-year-old man reported a person trespassing on private property on Tongass Boulevard.
