Attempt to Serve

At 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Ernest Johnson was arrested on Glacier Highway on a Juneau Alaska State Troopers warrant issued for failure to appear and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 4:39 p.m. on Tuesday, 57-year-old George Martin was arrested on Crow Hill Drive on two AST warrants and for failure to register as a sex offender and a parole warrant for first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and petition to revoke probation.

Child Abuse/Neglect

At 11:29 p.m. on Wednesday, Juneau Police Department received a confidential report concerning child abuse in the Juneau area.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 3:33 p.m. on Tuesday, a 61-year-old woman reported a hit and run to her parked 2015 Nissan Altima on Ninnis Drive.

Sex Crime

At 3:36 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation of a report of sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Theft

At 12:04 p.m. on Tuesday, approximately $1,700 worth of heating fuel was stolen sometime in the last month on Dock Street.

At 3:59 p.m. on Tuesday, a 20-year-old woman reported the possible theft of a vehicle on Yandukin Drive.

Trespassing

At 8:24 p.m. on Tuesday, 41-year-old Stephen Brower was arrested on Willoughby Avenue and released for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
