Assault

At 1:25 p.m. on Saturday, 45-year-old Theodore Lauth was arrested in the Juneau area for assault, violating conditions of release and resisting arrest. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assist

At 2:44 p.m. on Friday, 30-year-old Katrina Fraker was arrested on Hospital Drive for violating conditions of release and interfering with authorities. She was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 2:04 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a violation of conditions of release on Cinema Drive.

At 3:29 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a possible violation of release conditions of Commercial Boulevard.

Death

At 1:23 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated the death of a 41-year-old man in the Juneau area. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

At 2:54 a.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated the death of a 71-year-old man in the Juneau area. Circumstances are not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 5:33 p.m. on Friday, a 35-year-old woman was arrested on Fourth Street for domestic violence assault and was taken to LCCC.

Sex Crime

At 9:57 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a confidential report of a sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Shoplifting

At 3:39 p.m. on Thursday, a 48-year-old woman reported that a 40-year-old man shoplifted at a business on Glacier Highway. The merchandise was recovered.

Traffic Stop

At 1:29 a.m. on Saturday, 48-year-old Jon Arthur was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road and was later released for driving without a license and for violating conditions of release.

At 2:59 a.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old Hans Herman Haken was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for driving while intoxicated, refusal to cooperate with authorities, and for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Vandalism

At 7:55 p.m. on Friday, JPD was advised of vandalism to vehicles on Tongass Boulevard while investigating a prior event.

At 7:01 p.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Richard Alan Clayton Jr. was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for criminal mischief, violating conditions of release and unlawful contact. He was taken to LCCC.
