Assault

At 5:38 p.m. on Saturday, 31-year-old Bobby Douglas Egen was arrested for assault on the 3200 block of Hospital Drive and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Child abuse

At 5:04 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.

Conditions violation

At 11:12 p.m. on Thursday, a 72-year-old woman reported a 40-year-old woman violated conditions of release by contacting her.

At 5:12 p.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Taylor Hudson Cope was arrested for violating conditions of release n the 8800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

Death

At 4:24 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated the death of a 60-year-old man in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 1:57 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of disturbance on Egan Drive.

Domestic dispute

At 6:29 a.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

Driving while intoxicated

At 10:16 p.m. on Friday, 60-year-old Donald Troy Bowthorpe was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .146 on the 2500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Bowthorpe was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:44 a.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Michaella Louise Rice Anderson was arrested for driving under the influence on the 1200 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Found property

At 7:41 p.m. on Thursday, a wallet found on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway was turned into JPD for safekeeping.

At 10:18 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of found property on the 300 block of Whittier Street.

At 3:31 p.m. on Friday, a wallet was turned in for safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash

At 7:13 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a a report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian in a parking lot in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. The pedestrian was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and the driver of the vehicle was issued a citation.

Shoplift

At 5:03 p.m. on Thursday, a 33-year-old man reported a woman shoplifted from a local business in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

At 5:12 p.m. on Saturday, 50-year-old Nadine Kathleen Peretrovich was cited and released for concealment of merchandise and violating conditions of release in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Theft

At 6:14 p.m. on Saturday, 52-year-old Abraham Franklin Washington Jr. was arrested for larceny in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 1:37 a.m. on Sunday, JPD documented a possible theft in the 1900 block of Allen Court.

Traffic stop

At 2:59 p.m. on Thursday, 33-year-old Leon Dennis Paul was cited and released for driving without a valid license 13400 block of Glacier Highway.

Trespassing

At 4:04 p.m. on Friday, 33-year-old Leon Dennis Paul was cited and released for criminal trespass, larceny, and violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Vandalism

At 3:44 p.m. on Thursday, an 89-year-old man reported someone someone vandalized a display case in the 100 block of Franklin Street.

Warrant arrest

At 12:55 a.m. on Sunday, 22-year-old Richard Fenton Jim was arrested for two JPD warrants and charged additionally with assault, harassment, and violating conditions of release on the 1600 block of Douglas Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
