Police calls for Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021

Assault

• At 4:58 p.m. on Wednesday, 29-year-old Stephen Dennis Sabadin was arrested for assault, criminal mischief and vehicle theft on the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions violation

• At 12:24 p.m. on Wednesday, 20-year-old Brandon Richard Garrison was cited and released for violating conditions of release on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

• At 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 36-year-old Reyna Marie Regalado was arrested for violating conditions of release on the 2200 block of Trout Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Hit and run

• At 8:01 a.m. on Thursday, JPD is investigating after a vehicle driven by a 31-year-old man was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene on the 2700 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Traffic stop

• At 12:42 a.m. on Thursday, 25-year-old Joseph Toni Russell Torres was cited and released for violating conditions of release and driving without a valid license on the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

• At 5:31 a.m. on Thursday, 25-year-old Joseph Toni Russell Torres and 45-year-old Julie Rena Gonzales were cited and released for violating conditions of release and driving without a valid license on Yandukin Drive and the vehicle was impounded.

• At 10:10 a.m. on Thursday, 55-year-old Max David Guthert was cited and released for driving without a valid license on the 5400 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

• At 8:19 a.m. on Thursday, 36-year-old Jared Paul Fortin was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 9100 block of James Boulevard and taken to LCCC.
