The Juneau-Douglas High School hockey team fell to the Colony Knights 3-1 in the team’s season opener Thursday at MTA Events Center in Palmer.

Senior Bill Bosse scored the Crimson Bears’ lone goal early in the third period from senior Cully Corrigan.

JDHS has two more games left in the three-day Palmer Showdown Tournament, which attracted a total of eight teams from around the state.
