The smallest dancing shoes in town will be getting some use this Saturday.

The Gold Creek Child Development Center is putting on a “Tot Rave” event, which takes place at least once a year as a fundraiser for the nonprofit. Toddlers and their parents are invited to participate in a dance party, which runs from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at the Juneau Arts and Culture Center.

Admission is $5 for anybody age 2 and above. Each toddler must have a parent or guardian, and each adult must be there with a child. The event is oriented toward children 6 and under.

There will be food available for purchase as well, courtesy of Pucker Wilson’s, Happy Camper and Gla-Scholl Grinds. There will be free glow bracelets and dance music from DJ Manu and Janice Hurley.

The Gold Creek Child Development Center is a nonprofit that provides preschool, early child care and children’s educational programs.
