UAS to host Electoral College lecture

The University of Alaska Southeast will host Charles Biles, emeritus professor of mathematics at Humboldt State University, for a free public lecture entitled “The Electoral College vs. A Popular Vote.”
The lecture will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 in the the Egan Lecture Hall.
The lecture is being sponsored by the University of Alaska Southeast, the Math Club, and the university’s mathematics program.
