Capital City Classic schedule

Juneau-Douglas High School hosts the Capital City Classic, its annual holiday basketball tournament, Dec. 27-30.

Dimond High School, Valor High School (OR), Juneau-Douglas High School and Haines High School will all take the court for the boys. Thunder Mountain High School, JDHS, Marysville High School (CA) and Palmer High School will compete on the girls side.

Dec. 29 will feature a break in games, but a skills competition will take place at 3 p.m. at JDHS. That will include 3-point, free throw and dunk contests.

The 8 p.m. Friday, JDHS vs. Dimond matchup will be a rematch of the state championship.

All games are at Juneau-Douglas High School gymnasium.
