Assault

• At 7:55 p.m. Saturday, JPD investigatied allegations of assault and theft in the 200 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved.

Burglary

• At 8:22 p.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a burglary in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 8:48 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a burlgary and vandalism of an unoccupied rental residence in the 300 block of Franklin Street.

Criminal trespass

• At 5:30 p.m. Saturday, William Eric Moy Jr., 23, was cited and released for criminal trespass at a local business in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 6:22 p.m. Saturday, Virginia John-Daniels was cited and released for criminal trespass on Egan Drive. Alcohol was involved.

• At 4:28 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespass at the Super 8 Motel in the 2200 block of Trout Street. The person left upon request.

Domestic violence

• At 6:45 a.m. Sunday, a 33-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to LCCC.

Drunken driving

• At 2:43 a.m. Sunday, Erika Bergren, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence. She provided a breath sample that contained 0.153 breath alcohol content, and she was taken to LCCC.

Shoplifting

• At 3:18 p.m. Saturday, a 54-year-old man took property valued at $32 from a business in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 7:18 p.m. Saturday, Landon Cole Harris, 28, was cited for larceny and arrested on an outstanding JPD warrant in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Vehicle rifling

• At 9:07 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigate4d a report of vehicle rifling in the 800 block of F Street.
