Alaskan artist Dan DeRoux moves one of seven “swans” to be hung in the new Mendenhall Valley Public Library on Monday. Titled “Flights of Imagination,” the swans are made of aluminum, foam and acrylic and was paid for by the Percent for Art in Public Places program.
