Region V Swim and Dive Championships — Preliminaries (Top 8)

The top eight swimmers and divers at Friday’s preliminary Region V swim and dive heats qualified for Saturday’s finals, which determine who goes to the Alaska School Activities Association Swim and Dive State Championships Nov. 3 and 4 in Anchorage.

The finals take place at 4 p.m. tonight at Dimond Park Aquatic Center. Individual event and relay event winners qualify for state. Others posting top times may qualify as well, depending on how times compare to results across the state.
