A few years ago, my granddaughter left her brand new scooter (with name scribbled underneath) at RALLY. Next day it was gone. We posted a notice to parents, but never saw the scooter again. This Fourth of July a highly-decorated kid’s bike and helmet disappeared near Sandy Beach. Where are the parents asking their child where and how they suddenly came in possession of the bike, and then returning it as well as teaching their child what is right and wrong?
I suppose these same parents will be surprised some day when their child grows up and ends up in the “Lemon Creek Motel.”
