Thanks to KTOO for helping me listen to Monday assembly meetings. Just like how most folks tune into capital affairs. I was struck by the contrivance of voting to keep beating the road drum. Sheeesh. The money is gone for that one! Progress looks different when you’re standing on the edge of a fiscal cliff. Anyway that $1.4 billion would be so much better used starting a homeless shelter/subacute care facility. Maybe in the Walmart building.
