Disturbance

At 3:54 a.m. on Sunday, a 58-year-old male reported a 42-year-old male stole his belongings on Mendenhall Loop Road. Alcohol was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 7:02 p.m. on Sunday, 46-year-old Neil Massey was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for driving under the influence and refusal. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
