Maurice “Puggy” Nelson
Maurice “Puggy” Nelson died May 27, 2016. He was 87 years old.
He served in the U.S. Army, and was foreman of Juneau Cold Storage for 40 years.
He is survived by his daughters Cheryl Christinsen and Emily Piceno, son Mike Nelson, sisters Eileen Baustian and Harriet Moore, and brother Odin Lonning. He also leaves behind numerous grandchild, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life is planned for early fall. The date will be announced later.
