Joan E. Harju
Joan E. Harju died Dec. 24, 2016. She was 81 years old.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Esther Kassner, her husband, Leonard, and two sons, George and John. She is survived by her children, Frank of Longview, Washington, Doriann (John) Leith of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and David (Gail) of Duluth, Minnesota, her daughter-in-law, Barbara of Lutz, Florida, her siblings, Ardyne (Bud) Womack of Juneau, Linda (Paul) Loos of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Dan (Lorinda) Kassner of Juneau, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A full obituary will follow prior to a celebration of her life in the summer when the family gathers in Juneau.
