Wells Fargo hosts Business After Hours

Wells Fargo Bank will host a Thursday night reception celebrating its 100th anniversary of business in Alaska.

The reception, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the downtown Wells Fargo, commemorates the March 20, 1916, opening of the first National Bank of Alaska branch in Skagway.

NBA merged with Wells Fargo in 2000.

Correction: An earlier version of this news brief incorrectly stated the reception would take place Wednesday night. It will take place Thursday night.
