Fire and medical

• On Friday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to 11 EMS calls and four medical transports in the area throughout the day. At 11:34 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to a burn complaint on Grant Street; the property owner had a burn permit.

• On Saturday, CCFR responded to seven EMS calls and one medical transport. At 11:21 a.m, firefighters were dispatched to an active carbon monoxide alarm on Marion Drive; the air was tested and the structure was ventilated.

• On Sunday, CCFR responded to seven EMS calls and three medical transports. At 1:08 p.m., they responded to a burn complaint on North Douglas Highway; a burn permit was not being followed and the property owner was told to extinguish the fire.

• On Monday, CCFR responded to five EMS calls and two medical transports. At 12:04 a.m, firefighters were dispatched to a dumpster fire on Douglas Highway; the fire was extinguished.

Missing woman

• At 4:19 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a missing elderly woman in the Juneau area, who was later located.

Shoplifting

• At 6:31 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to an attempted shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• At 10:56 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a reported theft from a business in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway; investigation continues.

Theft

• At 5:11 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report by a 52-year-old man of stolen money in Juneau area; the lost money was later found and returned.

Trespassing

• At 5:09 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a trespassing report in the 11000 block of Auke Lake Way and cited Alan Jeffrey Lee, 31, for criminal trespass.

Vandalism

• At 1:19 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report from a 63-year-old woman in the 3800 block of Glacier Highway that a padlock valued at $15 had been cut.
