Assault

• At 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, 48-year-old Sean Purvis was arrested for assault in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 12:54 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of an assault in the 3400 block of Nowell Avenue; investigation continues.

Burglary

• At 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a burglary in the 5400 block of Commercial Boulevard; investigation continues.

• At 9:48 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a burglary and the theft of a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis in the 8100 block of Threadneedle Street; investigation continues.

Fire and medical

• On Thursday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to 19 EMS calls, two medical transports and one watercraft rescue. At 4:25 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to assist with the rescue of a boater who had fallen into a lake in the Mendenhall Glacier area.

Stalking

• At 7:34 a.m. Thursday, 44-year-old Steven M. Lythgoe was arrested for violating a stalking protective order in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Theft

• At 11:22 p.m. Wednesday, 26-year-old Koby Blake was arrested for vehicular theft in the first degree while driving with a revoked license in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

• At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a shoplift of $150 of merchandise in the 300 block of Seward Street.

• At 2:13 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of the theft of a tuner valued at $700 in 8800 block of Mallard Street.

• At 6:28 p.m. Thursday, 24-year-old Joshua Jones was arrested for a theft occurring in the area of Crow Hill Drive. He was taken to LCCC.

• At 8:38 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of the theft of a $3,500 bicycle from the 8100 block of Glacier Highway; investigation continues.

Unattended death

• At 4:50 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to an unattended death in the 10400 block of Fox Farm Trail.

• At 9:15 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to an unattended death in the 8900 block of Douglas Highway.

Vandalism

• At 10:12 a.m. Friday, a 39-year-old male reported that two skateboard stops were damaged, resulting in about $500 worth of damage.
