Case Created

At 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, a case was created for training purposes on Alaway Avenue.

Driving Without a License

At 12:48 p.m. on Tuesday, 45-year-old Jesse Blair Swanson was cited and released on Main Street for driving without a license and violating conditions of release.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 7:11 p.m. on Tuesday, 53-year-old Cory James Mann was arrested on Rosedale Street for driving under the influence and refusal. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

Found Property

At 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department placed a duffle bag found on Glacier Highway into safekeeping.

Sex Crime

At 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a possible sexual abuse of a minor.

Theft

At 9:58 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a report of a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee on Eleventh Street.

At 10:08 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a report of a burglary at a residence on Delta Drive.

At 5:13 p.m. on Tuesday, a woman reported her 2000 Ford truck was stolen on Auke Bay Harbor Road.

Violation or Protective Order

At 5:04 p.m. on Tuesday, a woman reported a man violated a protective order by contacting her in the Juneau area.

Warrant Arrest

At 2:54 p.m. on Tuesday, 22-year-old James Bradley Arendt was arrested on St Anns Avenue on a $50 JPD warrant. He was taken to LCCC.
