Attempt to Serve

At 1:40 a.m. on Tuesday, 60-year-old Charles Fawcett was arrested on Egan Drive on $500 in warrants for failure to appear on original charges of violating conditions of release, assault and trespassing.

At 8:02 a.m. on Tuesday, 48-year-old Luonda Jo Austin was arrested on two $25 Juneau Police Department warrants on Teal Street. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

At 1:21 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance between a 40-year-old female and a 45-year-old female on Glacier Highway.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday, 37-year-old Cassandra Walker was cited and released on Montgomery Street for driving without a license, an ignition interlock device violation and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Parking Complaint

At 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD created an incident report to document the removal of vehicles from a road construction area on Douglas Highway.

Sex Crime

At 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD took a confidential report regarding a reported sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 11:01 p.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for larceny and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 2:58 p.m. on Tuesday, 41-year-old Justin Wayne Ridinger was cited and released on Front Street for trespassing and violating conditions of release.
