Conditions violation

At 3:10 p.m. on Monday, a 56-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Death

At 6:22 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated the death of a 43-year-old man in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. Circumstances are not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Motor vehicle crash

At 2:41 a.m. on Tuesday, a City and Borough of Juneau vehicle was involved in a single-vehicle crash in the 6200 block of Alaway Drive. There were no injuries and minor damage to the vehicle.

Sex crime

At 8:52 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a reported sexual assault. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 11:07 a.m. on Tuesday, 42-year-old Tracy Morrison was arrested for criminal trespass in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.
