Assault

At 2:39 p.m. on Sunday, 42-year-old John Der Forchemer was arrested for violating conditions of release on Shell Simmons Drive. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Disturbance

At 5:19 a.m. on Sunday, Juneau Police Department officers responded to reports of a disturbance in a parking lot on Postal Way.

At 11:25 a.m. on Sunday, JPD officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Gee Street.

Domestic Dispute

At 3:10 p.m. on Sunday, 33-year-old Wesley Pearce was arrested for first-degree unlawful contact on Eagle Street. He was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 3:42 a.m. on Sunday, 32-year-old Krystal Ann Reyes was arrested on Postal Way on a no-bail warrant for failure to report to LCCC to serve 15 days on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

At 6:34 a.m. on Sunday, 25-year-old Dylan Fears was arrested on Dimond Park Loop on $600 in warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft, trespassing and a petition to revoke probation on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

At 8:27 a.m. on Sunday, 28-year-old Charles-Daniel Willis was cited and released for criminal trespass on Cinema Drive.

At 10:02 a.m. on Sunday, 38-year-old Judson David Morgan was cited and released for driving without a license on Riverside Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Police Assist

At 5:18 p.m. on Sunday, JPD created a case to document assistance to another agency on Franklin Street.

Shoplifting

At 10:06 p.m. on Sunday, a 33-year-old person reported a theft on Trout Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Traffic Stop

At 8:27 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Mary Ann Nordgren was cited and released for criminal trespass on Cinema Drive.

At 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old Dedrick Earl Smith was cited and released for criminal trespass on Cinema Drive.

At 8:34 p.m. on Sunday, 50-year-old Jerome Carl Larue was cited and released for driving without a license on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Trespassing

At 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, 61-year-old Janet Lynn Pickering was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 7:47 p.m. on Sunday, a 40-year-old female reported vandalism to a vehicle on Glacier Highway.
