Assault

• At 11:52 a.m. on Thursday, 23-year-old James Matthew Casto was arrested for theft, assault, resisting arrest, and violating conditions of release on the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions violation

• At 12:33 a.m. on Thursday, 29-year-old Usul Singh-Williams was arrested for violating conditions of release on the 12000 block of Cross Street and taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

• At 4:14 p.m. on Wednesday, a 48-year-old man reported damage to his vehicle on the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

• At 1:06 a.m. on Thursday, 46-year-old Amber Nickerson was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on the 300 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.

• At 2:01 a.m. on Thursday, 58-year-old Robert William Rinehart was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on the 200 block of Marine Way and taken to LCCC.

Shoplifting

• At 4:14 p.m. on Wednesday, a 52-year-old man reported a shoplifting from a local business on the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

• At 9:19 a.m. on Thursday, a flag was reported stolen on the 300 block of Egan Drive. It was later recovered.

Warrant arrest

• At 11:19 a.m. on Thursday, 35-year-old Johnathon Michael Elmalih was arrested on an Alaska State Troopers warrant on the 200 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.
