Wildlife violation

• On Wednesday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Juneau man Quy Lam, 54, sport fishing for halibut near Point Retreat.

Investigation revealed that Lam was sport fishing with the use of more than one line and had retained an over-limit of non-pelagic rockfish. Lam was issued a $110 citation for sport fishing with more than one line, and a $130 citation for retaining an over-limit of non-pelagic rockfish. Both citations were issued in the Juneau District Court.
