Lumbab and Marla A. Lumbab, Trustors, record owner, recorded on April 8, 2010, as Instrument #2010-001766-0; Fairbanks Recording District, Fourth Judicial District, Alaska, describing: Lot 12, Block A, Tongass Park Subdivision, According to Plat No. 250, Records of the Juneau Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska. With an address of 2451 O’Day Dr., Juneau, AK. The Trustor defaulted by failing to make monthly payments on the Deed of Trust and currently owes the principal sum of $17,604.55, plus interest, late fees, attorney fees and costs/advances, etc. The Trustee has elected to sell the property to satisfy the obligation owed and is selling the property “as is” buyer beware. Trustee makes no representations as to the condition of the property, the status of title, or any liens or encumbrances on the property.
