Juneau students earn academic honors.

Juneau students earn honors from University of Idaho

Three Juneau students were among those named to the University of Idaho’s fall 2020 dean’s list, according to the university.

Laura A. Wayne, Dalton S. Poopathiand Mariah Alyzza G. Soriano all earned the distinction, according to a news release from University of Idaho. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must maintain at least a 3.5 GPA on a minimum of 12 graded credits during the semester.

Local student graduates from Grand Valley State University

Rebecca L. Matthews of Douglas graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, the university announced.

Matthews was the lone graduate from the Last Frontier included in a news release from the university located in Michigan.
