Nearly 90% of Alaska State Troopers are white. Alaska has the highest rate of sexual assault in the nation. Gov. Mike Dunleavy and the Alaska State Troopers are advertising nationwide to recruit new troopers. How much emphasis does this advertising place on recruiting women and racial minorities?
