Are you paying too much in property tax? Are you going to sell your home in the future? The purpose of CBJ Code 15.05.105 is to give better information to the assessor’s office for more accurate assessments. Better information may lower your property tax if you are over assessed. It will give appraisers better information when you go to sell your home. I plan to vote “no” on Proposition 4. I want accurate information when my house is assessed.
