Do you deliver to the different places? Bride's home, ceremony, reception? and what are the extra charges? Do you set up the arrangements at the ceremony site and reception site? What is your coverage area? How long have you been in business? Do you have a list of references I can call? What is the deposit and your cancellation policies? Have a list ready of everyone needing flowers, including attendants, groomsmen, and parents.
