This information is requested for consideration as a possible Carrier for the Juneau Empire. Carriers of the Juneau Empire are not employees, but independent contractors. As such, they are responsible for delivery of the route, collection of accounts, new sales and taxes. The expenses incurred in these endeavors are the responsibility of the Carrier. The Carrier must deliver the paper by 6:00 AM daily and 7:00 AM Sunday. Completion of this form does not indicate that a route will be offered.
