Dawn Hamilton and Scott Duval, both of Juneau, were married in a private ceremony performed by Chuck Duval on Oct. 25, 2008, at the Mendenhall Glacier. A reception will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at Karl and Gale Vandor's home, 4485 Mountainside Estates.

Weddings

Juneau Empire

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Freda Hamilton. She is a project assistant for the state of Alaska.

The groom is the son of Duane and Dena Duval. He is a self-employed contractor and salvage diver.

The couple honeymooned in Mexico immediately following the ceremony and will continue living in Juneau.
