Quote: "Living with cancer, particularly when in the middle of a 12-month protocol of chemotherapy, forces one to examine and rearrange priorities of life. I focused on how blessed I was to have the good care (all in Juneau in 1980 and in 2008) and support of family, friends and my doctors; and how fortunate I was that both cancers were caught early. I try to find something positive in every day."
