JUNEAU - The Juneau Watershed Partnership will hold their annual member meeting at 7 p.m., Wednesday in the Glacier View Room at the University of Alaska Southeast to present the final draft of the "Auke Lake Watershed Action Plan."
The group is inviting community members to review and comment on the plan which has been formulated by the nonprofit to identify data gaps and provide recommendations for further studies.
The document also provides community members and the city with an overview of the current conditions of the Auke Lake watershed. It also outlines management recommendations for sustainable fish habitat and recreational and aesthetic values.
