Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Assault:
At about 5:10 p.m. Sunday, a man reported that he was assaulted by a 44-year-old man in the Mendenhall Valley. Alcohol was involved.
Domestic dispute:
At about 12:45 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the Mendenhall Valley.
Drunken driving:
At about 4 p.m. Sunday, Michael Hegna, 39, was arrested on a charges including drunken driving on Ferry Way.
Fraud:
At about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, a 28-year-old man reported checks written fraudulently.
At about 11:55 p.m. Sunday, a 31-year-old man reported fraudulent use of his credit card online.
Theft:
At about 2:45 p.m. Sunday, a 45-year-old man reported the theft of heating fuel sometime during the past month in the 5900 block of Churchill Way. The fuel was valued at $1,300.
At about 10:25 p.m. Sunday, a gold, diamond and ruby heart necklace was reported stolen sometime between Aug. 2 and Sept. 23 in the 4400 block of Kanat'a Street. The jewelry was valued at $600.
