Juneau Raptor Center volunteer Kathy Benner coaxes 'Bully', a two-month-old juvenile bald eagle, out of its cage to freedom at the Brotherhood Bridge Trail on Wednesday evening. The raptor center releases rehabilitated bald eagles about three times a year. "I've been doing this for ten years," Benner said. "You have to really love it, it's all volunteer and they take a lot of care... but this is what it is all about, to see the birds go free."
