Ingrid Varness, of Juneau, and Felix Knox, of Anchorage, were married on June 14, 2008, in Wasilla. A garden wedding and reception was held at the home of the bride's friend in Wasilla.

The bride is the daughter of Ingvald and Patricia Varness (deceased). A Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, she is a patient accounts specialist for Southcentral Foundation.

The groom manages a fast food restaurant for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, at Elmendorf Air Force Base.

Clarkelle Flygare was the matron of honor, and John Peyton was the best man.

The couple will honeymoon in Las Vegas for Christmas and have made their home in Anchorage.
