BETHEL - Four members of President Barack Obama's Cabinet are attending a forum in Bethel as part of the administration's Rural Tour and to learn of the unique challenges in the Alaska Bush.
The four secretaries were late in arriving in Bethel on Wednesday after problems with their plane delayed them from leaving Anchorage.
The forum started about 3 ½ hours late, but the delegation was still scheduled to visit Hooper Bay later in the day.
Taking part in the Rural Tour stops are Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan, Education Secretary Arne Duncan, and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.
