Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Edward Boone, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 8, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .109 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Boone $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Charles Arca, 36, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 21, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .195 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Arca $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Rosenda George, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 28, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined George $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Toni Fratzke, 59, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 29, 2008, incident in which Fratzke's blood-alcohol content was measured at .126 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Fratzke $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked Fratzke's license for 90 days and put Fratzke on probation for one year.

• Robert Bentz, 57, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 27, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .184 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Bentz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Kenji F. Castillo-Garcia, 18, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .129 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Castillo-Garcia $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.
